Danleh operates as a private travel concierge. We design, coordinate, and facilitate bespoke travel experiences tailored to each client. We do not own, operate, or directly provide transportation, accommodation, or other travel services.

Danleh provides tailored recommendations and coordination services. All arrangements remain subject to client approval prior to confirmation.

All travel services, including hotels, airlines, transportation, and experiences, are delivered by independent third-party providers. By proceeding with any booking, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of those providers.

All arrangements are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon final approval and, where applicable, receipt of payment.

Payment terms will be communicated during the booking process. Certain services may require full prepayment or deposits. Prices are subject to change until confirmed.

Credit card details may be requested to secure reservations on your behalf. By providing your details, you authorize Danleh Society to process bookings as requested. Charges may be completed directly with the supplier or through us as an intermediary. All arrangements remain subject to the terms and conditions of the respective providers.

Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the service provider. Any changes or cancellations may be subject to fees in accordance with the applicable provider's policies.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required permits. Danleh is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information or incomplete documentation.

Danleh shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural events, travel disruptions, or government restrictions.
